Who we are
This notice explains how Afnan Perfumes and its official distributor in Brazil, BIM DISTRIBUIDORA LTDA ("Afnan", "we"), use the details you give us when you enter The Afnan Tour with Ed Westwick prize draw in São Paulo. Afnan Perfumes runs this promotion together with BIM DISTRIBUIDORA LTDA.
What we collect
When you enter, we collect:
- your full name, email address and WhatsApp number;
- the country and city you live in, and the tour city you entered;
- whether you agreed to the rules and whether you asked to receive Afnan news by email;
- the date and time of your entry.
Our hosting provider also processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking on these pages.

We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host this site and store entries for us. They act only on our instructions.
- Event partners, for winners only: the venue and event team need your name to admit you on the night.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Your information may be stored or processed outside your country. When that happens we use safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
How long we keep it
We retain draw entries until the event date and, with your consent, use them to communicate updates about the Afnan Tour launch. Winners’ details may be retained for a longer period where necessary to demonstrate that prizes were awarded fairly. If you have opted in to receive emails, we will retain your email address for this purpose until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or limit how we use it, withdraw your consent to marketing, and in some cases receive a copy of it. These rights come from local law: Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).
Children
The draw is only open to people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
